Nice huh; Yes, go ahead. Happy Wednesday everyone. Oh, I’m so excited. As you know, it’s National Women’s History Month and what am I doing to celebrate? I buy every woman in my life a new ironing board.
ANNOUNCER: He would say sexist!
I think at this point, we might lose it. Anyway, just last week, we saw Hershey put a transgender woman in their chocolates to celebrate this magical month. Yes. Sorry, Susan. B Antonis, your face does not want to make people eat. But putting a trans activist in a chocolate bar should earn you some awakening points. Even if the candy bar should have been this, but, one of my classic favorite candy bars.

Why am I mentioning this? This is a good question. Well, it’s another example of a huge corporation signaling to everyone that they’re woke, which is the same as saying, “Hey, please ignore our stores, our slave labor, and our unhealthy products. If we’re telling you the right pronouns, you might not notice the diabetes we gave your parents and the fat asses we gave your children.” But that’s the nature of corporate America. However, it may be changing.

A study by Business.com. Should we still say dot.com? It claims that job seekers with non-binary gender pronouns on their resumes are less likely to be contacted, which is interesting, but why are we telling them this? Already —- and they whine about enough things and if they keep the pronouns on their resume, it’s a perfect red flag for companies to avoid these idiots. But maybe it’s a good sign, maybe companies have learned that hysterical obsession with identity can hurt your company very badly. I mean, look at Disney. It’s so bad, Peter Pan began to identify with Tinkerbell. Now he’s out of a job and running drugs for the Pirates of the Caribbean. Turn tricks for Goofy. You didn’t know he was a pimp, did you?
So apparently they sent two fake resumes, one that included pronouns, the/them with the person’s name, and one that didn’t. They used an ambiguous name, Taylor Williams, which was also my stage name when I danced at Bent Carat back when it was cool. Now they got drugs for it. It turns out that those with the pronouns had 8% less interest than those without and fewer interview requests. Lesson learned, it’s always best to go the Brian Kilmeade route, expect to disappoint people after your hire. So it seems some companies saw them and thought this person might be in a —-hole. They did the same with resumes writing Keith Olbermann.

And interviews with hiring managers confirmed this. Here are some of the quotes: “Take out the pronouns. I’d trash the resume for that reason alone.” “I don’t care about the drama that comes with a person who thinks they are one.” This is a great point. “Personal pronouns are best saved for social settings, not a work environment.” So it makes sense, a resume should just be the list of jobs you’ve been fired from and lies about your charity work. For years, I claimed to have rescued Baby Jessica from a well, when in fact I was the one who put her there. But there is a good reason not to hire wake.
A new study from Baylor University explains how woke employees are terrorizing their bosses by following their silly religion. It turns out that power-hungry middle managers in places like HR or marketing guarantee themselves a job by creating woke initiatives that no one can understand and therefore criticize. It’s brilliant. “How dare you fire me? I’m the only non-binary person of color at the company that helped start Gay Orphans Day. Fire me and that’s homophobia.”

And since wakefulness has its own constructed language, those who can wield it can seem more competent than those who can’t. As the Wall Street Journal explains, “the jargon of diversity, equity and inclusion alone makes such initiatives ‘difficult for outsiders, including top managers, to understand’ and therefore challenge.” The result? These middle managers play a huge role in spreading this leftist ideology in the corporate culture.

The researchers concluded that there is actually little evidence of systematic support for their —-. But executives turn on them anyway for fear that their younger subordinates or outside consultants will upset them. I mean, it’s a shame. Do you know. I know. Everyone knows it. However, it still continues due to cowardice.

So the next time a resume comes across your desk with a litany of pronouns, hire them if they’re the best. That’s what companies have had to do since then. But let’s keep activism where it belongs. In Larry Kudlow’s hot tub.
